Job summary

European Wax Center in San Diego is seeking a Center Manager for our Pacific Beach or Santee locations. You will lead a small team, coach Wax Specialists and Guest Service Associates, and own the center’s guest experience and performance.

This full-time on-site role offers $21.00 per hour with uncapped performance pay, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage. The position emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and growth as you drive guest satisfaction and center results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching a team in a service business.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to build schedules around guest demand.
• Proven track record meeting sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and retain outstanding team members.
• Coach Wax Specialists and Guest Service Associates toward goals.
• Create a workplace where people feel supported, appreciated, and accountable.
• Lead service, wax pass, reservation, guest-retention, and retail performance.
• Review center results and translate data into action plans.
• Build effective schedules around guest demand and labor management.
• Address performance concerns directly, respectfully, and promptly.
• Protect an exceptional guest experience and a clean, organized center.
• Partner with senior leadership and the manager of our other San Diego center.
