Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals and memberships growth.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.

• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
