Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Center Manager for their European Wax Center location in Issaquah, WA. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, from managing a team to ensuring guest satisfaction and driving sales performance. Ideal candidates will have extensive retail or spa management experience, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for enhancing guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
