Job summary

Peninsula Family Service is seeking a Site Manager to oversee operations at the center level, ensure compliance with licensing and Head Start standards, and provide advanced instructional leadership. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Early Learning and requires a Site Supervisor Permit, a BA in a related field, and substantial experience with young children in licensed

Qualifications

• Site Supervisor Permit issued by California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
• BA degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or closely related field.
• 350 days of experience.
• 1–5 years of experience working with children in a licensed childcare facility.
• Current Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom leadership.

• Model best practices and review lesson plans.
