Job summary

Puget Sound Educational Service District seeks a Site Manager for our Educare Early Learning site to lead operational duties at a Head Start and Early Head Start facility. You will act as the licensed center director, ensuring high quality early learning services and compliance with applicable standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with families, staff supervision, and coordination of services to meet child and family goals within an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 45 ECE credits required.
• Progressively responsible work-related experience in managing multi-disciplinary programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as center director for licensed Educare facility, ensuring compliance with Head Start and Educare requirements.
• Oversees budgets, plans, reports, and funding requests to meet program objectives within budget.
• Leads staff development, supervision, and customer service for internal and external partners.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 45 college quarter credits in ECE
