European Wax Center in Bothell, WA seeks an Assistant Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll supervise front-line teams, manage schedules, and uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail sales management or spa/salon leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Competitive salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
