NORTH AMERICAN WAX COMPANY LLC is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our Avondale location. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role focuses on coaching, scheduling, inventory, payroll, compliance with health and safety standards, and achieving KPI targets. A strong leadership and customer-service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
