Job summary

CleanSlate Centers in Indianapolis is seeking a Center Manager to drive daily operations, lead a cross-functional care team, and ensure patients feel seen, supported, and valued.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and collaborate across clinical and administrative teams to improve patient experience and outcomes in a fast-paced medical office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years of healthcare leadership experience in lieu of a degree accepted.
• Proven success leading in a fast-paced medical office environment.
• Experience with patient satisfaction initiatives, billing oversight, and vendor management.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across clinical and corporate teams.

Responsibilities
