Job summary

Hopebridge in Cleveland seeks a Center Manager to lead a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center, recruiting, training, and coaching a high-performing team. You will supervise daily operations, budgeting, and growth initiatives to deliver high-quality care to children and support to families.

The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant, safe, and compassionate leadership; occasional travel may be required to support center needs.

Qualifications

  • Must have leadership experience overseeing teams and operations.
  • Strong people skills and empathy to support staff and caregivers.
  • Experience managing budgets and schedules is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: recruit, train, and coach a motivated team; resolve workplace challenges with care.
  • Run the Show: manage day-to-day center operations, scheduling, budgeting, and resources.
  • Be the Caregiver’s Go-To: serve as the approachable face for families and caregivers.
  • Grow the Center: drive financial health and growth opportunities for broader access to care.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: maintain HIPAA compliance and safe operations.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
  • Lead & Inspire:
    • Recruit, train, and coach a team that feels motivated and empowered to make a difference every day.
    • Be a mentor and a problem solver—whether it’s helping staff grow professionally or resolving workplace challenges with a caring and fair approach.
    • Motivate your team and work together to meet goals while changing lives.
  • Run the Show:
    • Manage day-to-day center operations, from staffing and scheduling to budgeting and resource management.
    • Streamline processes and bring creative ideas to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Be the Caregiver’s Go-To:
    • Serve as the friendly, approachable face of the center for caregivers. You’ll be their point of contact, making sure they feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their experience with us.
  • Grow the Center:
    • Take charge of the center’s financial health by managing budgets, seeking new opportunities for growth, and driving the center’s mission of making quality care accessible to more children and caregivers.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance:
    • Make sure the center meets all state and federal guidelines, including HIPAA regulations, and maintain a safe and compliant environment for everyone.

What You’ll Bring
  • Must-Haves:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior leadership experience managing teams.
    • A heart for people and a passion for making a difference.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • 2-5 years of leadership or management experience.
    • Experience in ABA therapy or related fields.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Experience managing budgets and finances.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
