Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical excellence, mentor BCBAs, and collaborate with center leadership to drive quality care.

You will oversee ABA programs, manage staff development, and coordinate with OTs, SLPs, psychologists, and other specialists to deliver patient-centered services while upholding BACB standards. This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with minimum three years of BCBA experience.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Leadership and mentorship experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Expertise in ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, PEAK, Practical Functional Assessments).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage and drive clinical performance across teams.
• Ethical and compassionate leadership with focus on clinician development and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical excellence with direct oversight of ABA programs and ethical practices.
• Mentor and support BCBAs, conduct structured mentorship and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to support onboarding, staffing, and structure.
• Partner with OTs, SLPs, psychologists, and other specialists to deliver holistic care.
• Engage families through guidance sessions and strengthen caregiver relationships.
• Maintain clinical integrity by complying with BACB standards and Hopebridge quality benchmarks.
• Track and improve performance using clinical metrics and action plans.

Required Skills

What You’ll Bring
