Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of BCBA experience.
  • Prior experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs preferred.
  • Leadership and mentorship experience supervising BCBAs/BCaBAs/RBTs.
  • Expertise in ABA assessments and practical functional assessments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration across clinical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Clinical Excellence: Provide direct oversight of ABA programs.
  • Mentor & Support BCBAs: Conduct mentorship sessions and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Center Leadership: Support onboarding and staffing.
  • Partner with OTs, SLPs, psychologists for holistic patient care.
  • Engage families through guidance sessions and treatment planning.
  • Maintain BACB standards and Hopebridge quality benchmarks.
  • Track metrics to drive performance and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
  • Lead Clinical Excellence: Provide direct oversight of ABA programs, ensuring quality care and ethical best practices.
  • Mentor & Support BCBAs: Conduct structured mentorship sessions, skill development training, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Center Leadership: Work with the Center Manager to support onboarding, staffing, and clinical structure.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with OTs, SLPs, psychologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  • Family Engagement: Strengthen caregiver relationships, conduct family guidance sessions, and drive treatment success.
  • Maintain Clinical Integrity: Ensure compliance with BACB standards and Hopebridge’s quality benchmarks.
  • Track & Improve Performance: Utilize key clinical metrics to assess trends, implement action plans, and optimize patient outcomes.
Required Skills
What You’ll Bring
  • BCBA Certification: Minimum of three years of BCBA experience.
