Job summary

Centennial Real Estate Company LLC is seeking a property/center manager to oversee the operation of a shopping center, including accounting, asset management, budgeting, and tenant relations. The role drives NOI growth through leasing strategies, vendor management, and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of regional center management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong skills in budgeting, negotiation, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years regional shopping center management experience.
• Understanding of local leasing & business development; canvassing, negotiating, closing deals.
• Strong ability to lead and influence a diverse group of people.
• Adept in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with MRI/Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shopping center operations and asset management to maximize NOI.
• Lead development of budgets and business plans; forecast operating expenses.
• Coordinate leasing program with local tenants and franchisees; renewals and amendments.
• Manage on-site staff; ensure compliance with government regulations and brand standards.
• Maintain relationships with retailers, corporate team, community and authorities.
• Oversee vendor management and RFP processes; ensure contracts meet performance standards.
• Monitor cashflow, accounts receivable, and capital planning; manage capital budget.
