TERI is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Center for the Arts team and play a key role in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position combines hands‑on behavior support with staff mentorship, training, crisis intervention, and program operations.
Working under the supervision of a TERI BCBA, you'll implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, collect and analyze behavioral data, coach direct support staff, and help ensure consistent, high‑quality behavioral support across classroom and community settings. You'll also serve as a flexible resource to the program, stepping in to provide direct client support and maintain continuity of care when staffing needs arise.
