Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Center Experience Manager for the UPMA Group in Mesquite, TX. You will lead a high-performance team of sales associates and wax specialists, delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial targets.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, develop talent, and partner with district leaders to drive KPI improvements. The role emphasizes operational excellence and brand culture across the center.

Qualifications

• Availability: Full-time, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Leadership experience: Minimum 2 years in a multi-service/retail environment.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel/Word with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Zenoti is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales & floor leadership to coach associates in real-time.
• Talent development: recruit and train top talent and foster growth.
• Business strategy: analyze KPIs and drive action plans with leadership.
