Job summary

Mathnasium in Edina, MN seeks a Center Director to lead our instructors and assistants, delivering personalized math programs and a technology-enabled learning experience.

You will recruit and coach staff, manage operations and marketing, and drive enrollment growth while maintaining a positive, STEM-focused learning environment.

As the face of the center, you’ll build relationships with parents, schools, and the community to help students gain confidence and mastery in math.

• Computer proficiency with educational technology.
• A genuine passion for math and STEM-based learning.

• Experience teaching math to K-12, college, and professionals.
• Kumon, Sylvan or Huntington experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make learning math fun for students.
• Promote technology-enabled, personalized learning plans based on each student's needs.
• Create a positive atmosphere for parents and students.
• Monitor and assess student progress with constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other Center Directors and staff to ensure student success.
• Embrace aggressive enrollment growth targets.
• Promote marketing and social media to drive engagement.
• Oversee onboarding and continuous improvement of processes for new students.
• Actively manage inbound sales funnel and conversion strategies.
• Take ownership of Google Business Profile and Microsite content.
• Monitor enrollments and payment reconciliation throughout the year.
• Participate in community events to promote parent/school engagement.
