Mathnasium is seeking a Center Director in Albertville, MN to lead our team of instructors and center operations, guiding K-12 students through Mathnasium's approach to make math make sense and build confidence.

You will recruit and develop talent, partner with local schools, manage marketing, enrollments, and finances, and foster a fun, high-energy learning environment that celebrates student progress.

• Teaching or tutoring experience with Kumon, Sylvan, or Huntington is a plus.
• Demonstrated mastery of math (advanced placement) and teaching experience in K-12/college environments.

• Collaborate with other Center Directors and staff for student success.
• Aim for aggressive enrollment growth targets.
• Promote fun and positive change through marketing and social media.
• Apply continuous improvement to onboarding processes for new students.
• Manage inbound sales funnel and accelerate conversion rates over time.
• Take ownership of Google Business Profile and Microsite content.
• Monitor active enrollments and payment reconciliation throughout the year.
• Participate in community events to engage parents, schools, and stakeholders.
• Seek professional growth opportunities to advance leadership and influencing skills.
