Mathnasium is seeking a Center Director in Andover, MN to lead our math-focused learning center. You will manage instructors and staff, foster a positive learning atmosphere, and build trusted relationships with parents and local schools.

You will promote STEM enthusiasm through engaging events and technology-driven, personalized learning plans. The role emphasizes recruiting and developing talent, driving enrollment growth, and partnering with community stakeholders to advance students' math

• Participate in community events that promote engagement with parents, schools, and community stakeholders.
