Responsibilities

• Interpret policies to stakeholders and resolve complex issues with regional managers.
• Coordinate client contacts, benefit issuances, case stabilization, and referrals to community-based services.
• Liaise with community organizations, hospitals, and elected officials to convey policies and address concerns.
