Job summary

Learning Care in Apex, NC is seeking a Center Director to lead our childcare center with warmth, vision, and operational excellence. You will guide staff, ensure program quality, and keep families informed and engaged.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field, NC Level 3 credential, at least 2 years of center-director experience in a licensed facility, and be at least 21 years old. You’ll partner with our team to create a safe, stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have at least 2 years of center director experience in a licensed facility.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential.
