Job summary

Learning Care Group in Apex, North Carolina is seeking a passionate Center Director to lead operations, support staff, and foster a warm, engaging environment where children thrive and families feel informed. You will recruit and supervise staff, implement our curriculum with fidelity, ensure compliance with state licensing, and partner with families to promote growth and learning every day.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, at least 2 years of center

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have at least 2 years of center director experience in a licensed facility.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff by planning schedules, evaluating performance, and guiding development.
• Ensure licensing compliance and promote a positive partnership with the surrounding community.
• Promote imagination, self-esteem, and love of learning in a safe, caring environment.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
