Qualifications

• Leadership experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability; revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred; meet state guidelines.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
