The role requires on-site daily work, strong leadership, budgeting, and knowledge of licensing standards to ensure compliant, enriching experiences for children across the center.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service, organizational skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue-generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, engage and develop a team of educators to be passionate professionals.
• Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education for children.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
• Use business, sales, and marketing savvy to grow KinderCare's presence in the community.
