Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Center Director to lead a team of educators, hire, engage, and develop staff, and partner with families to provide the best care and education for children. With our world-class curriculum, center accreditation, and dedicated teaching staff, you will ensure quality, compliance, and community engagement while growing KinderCare’s presence in the neighborhoods we serve.

You will mentor teachers, collaborate with licensing authorities, and model service

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
• This role requires the ability to work on-site at the center daily.
