Learning Care Group seeks a Center Director to lead daily operations and drive excellence in early childhood education. You will oversee staff, curriculum implementation, and family engagement while maintaining regulatory standards.

This role emphasizes a positive, nurturing learning environment and strong leadership in a licensed childcare setting. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, 2 years of Center Director experience, and NC Level 3

Formación

• Must have 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• North Carolina Level 3 credential is required.

• Be a leader by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing improvement plans.
• Be an expert by ensuring compliance with company and state licensing standards and fostering community partnerships.
