You will work on-site daily, partnering with families, navigating licensing, and applying business and marketing skills to grow KinderCare's presence in the community. The role offers competitive pay and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year or more of leadership experience with ability to develop and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, and multitasking.
• Budget accountability with revenue generation preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English for communication.
• Ability to work on-site at the center daily.
