KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of educators, partner with families, and implement the center’s curriculum—empowering children to grow and learn in a supportive environment.

The role is on-site daily, requires strong leadership and budgeting skills, and focuses on delivering high-quality early childhood education within the community we serve.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of solid leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Budgeting and revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Must read, write, understand, and speak English; on-site daily.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, engage and develop a team of educators to be passionate professionals.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Use business, sales, and marketing insights to grow KinderCare's presence in the community.
