Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Center Director in the Chicago area. You will lead and develop a team of educators, partner with families, and build strong relationships with licensing authorities and community partners to deliver exceptional early childhood education.

This role emphasizes using business, sales, and marketing expertise to grow KinderCare's presence in the community while ensuring compliance with state guidelines and high-quality care for children.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking to handle multiple situations.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Ability to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• The role requires on-site work at the center daily.
