Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to work on-site at the center daily.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
