KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of educators, engage families, and ensure high-quality child care at a center in Florida. You will partner with parents and licensing authorities to deliver the organization’s vision of exceptional early childhood education.

You will use your leadership, sales, and management skills to grow the center’s presence in the community, while ensuring safety and compliance across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience developing and inspiring a team.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, multi-tasking abilities.
• Budget accountability with revenue generation preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors; on-site presence required.
