KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Center Director to lead and develop a team, partner with families, and drive community presence. You will oversee staff, ensure high-quality early childhood education, and maintain compliance with licensing standards daily.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, customer service excellence, and financial stewardship, with a focus on teamwork and mission-driven growth across our nationwide network of centers.

Competenze

• At least one year of leadership experience to develop and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
• This role requires the ability to work on-site at the center daily.
