Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in the United States seeks a Center Director to lead a team of educators, partner with families, and champion high-quality early childhood education on-site daily.

You will hire and develop staff, collaborate with parents and licensing authorities, and use business and marketing know-how to grow KinderCare's presence in the community while safeguarding children’s safety and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience in a team setting.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Budget and revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Must read/write/speak English to communicate with families.
• Must be able to work on-site at the center daily.
