You will manage operations, budgets, and licensing compliance, and work on-site daily to support children and families. The role requires leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to motivate staff and meet state

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience developing and inspiring a team.
• Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Budget and financial accountability; revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred; know state guidelines.
