KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Center Director to lead a center, build a strong教学 team, and partner with families to deliver exceptional early childhood education. You will hire, coach, and engage staff while cultivating relationships with licensing authorities and community partners to support center growth.

The role emphasizes using business and marketing savvy to expand enrollment and maintain high-quality learning experiences for children and families in a on-site center environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience developing, engaging, and inspiring a team.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state guidelines for the Center Director role.
• Able to use a computer and perform light physical duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Role requires on-site work at the center daily.
