KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of educators and partner with families to deliver exceptional early childhood education. You will drive program quality, staff engagement, and community presence on-site at our Dallas centers.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and licensing knowledge, with a focus on safety, communication, and collaboration with state authorities and the broader KinderCare network.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience with ability to develop and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and multi-tasking.
• Budgeting and revenue generation accountability preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Basic computer proficiency; able to lift 40 pounds; indoor/outdoor work.
• Able to read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Role requires on-site work at the center daily.
