KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of educators, partner with families, and strengthen community relationships. You will drive the center's operations, uphold licensing standards, and manage budget accountability while delivering high-quality early childhood education.

The role requires on-site daily work, strong leadership and customer service skills, and the ability to engage with state authorities to ensure compliant and exemplary center performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience to develop and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
