KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of educators and drive excellence in early childhood education at a KinderCare center. You will partner with families, licensing authorities, and community partners to deliver high-quality care and education.

The role emphasizes leadership, program quality, and community engagement. Center Directors are responsible for team development, family engagement, and ensuring compliance, with on-site daily work and focus on growth

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
• Budgeting and revenue-generation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state licensing and NAEYC/NAC recommendations preferred.
• Ability to work on-site daily and lift up to 40 pounds.
