Job summary

Learning Care Group in Henderson, NV is seeking a Center Director to lead a busy child care center. You will oversee staff, schedule work, manage operations, and keep parents informed in a warm, inspiring environment that supports children’s growth.

We offer a competitive salary of $53,000–$63,000, health insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, child care discounts, and education assistance, along with opportunities for ongoing training and our Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader! Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans.
• Be an expert! Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
