La Petite Academy in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Center Director to lead operations and drive the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children while keeping families informed and engaged.

You'll recruit and develop staff, manage schedules, ensure licensing compliance, and partner with the community to deliver a nurturing, educational environment. A passion for Early Childhood Education and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

• Be a leader by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing improvement plans.
• Ensure the school operates in line with company and state licensing standards.
• Spark imagination and promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth in a safe environment.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
