Job summary

Mathnasium of Greenwich and Mathnasium of Stamford is seeking a Center Director to own the center, drive enrollment, lead the team, and run daily operations during after-school hours. You will convert inquiries to enrolled families, manage instructors, and ensure smooth center performance.

This role requires strong sales/client-facing experience, team leadership, and a proactive, self-starting mindset. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; training on the Mathnasium Method is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience combining sales or client-facing work with team/operations management.
• No math teaching background required; training provided.
• Proven track record of following through on leads and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment & growth — convert inquiries into enrolled families.
• Family relationships — manage parent/family correspondence and customer service.
• Team leadership — schedule and manage instructor team for peak after-school hours.
• Center operations — keep the center organized, on-schedule, and ready for students.
• Student assessments — assess learning gaps and build customized learning plans.
• Initiative & growth — identify opportunities to boost enrollment and retention.
