Tutor Time Childcare in Charlotte is seeking a strong Center Director to oversee operations, guide staff, ensure licensing standards, and collaborate with families to create a warm, educational environment. The role centers on program development, teamwork, and community engagement, with a focus on child growth and safe, supportive care.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have 2 years of center director experience in a licensed child care facility
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential

• Be a leader! Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans. Assist with curriculum implementation, coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.
