Job summary

Child Care Resources Inc is seeking a Site Director to oversee daily operations of a new center in Nashville, TN, ensuring safe, high-quality early childhood education. You will lead staff, curriculum development, and long-range planning to meet the center’s goals.

The role requires 5 years of direct early childhood experience, 3 years of supervisory experience, and strong leadership and budgeting skills, along with CPR/First Aid certification and background clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in early childhood education with at least 30 ECE credits
• Must pass full background check
• Health screening required
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification required
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong finance and budgeting skills
• Understanding of child development and supervision experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and tech skills
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• 5 years of direct early childhood experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations, ensuring safety and high quality education
• Lead curriculum development and ensure compliance with state/local regulations
• Maintain student records per enrollment procedures
• Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure legal and financial compliance
• Develop and monitor the center budget and financial planning
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive center climate
• Ensure health and safety procedures and staff training
• Guide long-range planning and strategic goal implementation
• Support ongoing professional development for staff
• Maintain quality standards and compliance with requirements
