AAIDD is looking for a Center Director for the Ludeman Developmental Center in Park Forest, Illinois. This role involves directing and enforcing standards of care in accordance with laws and policies, managing multiple administrative services, and fostering community engagement in developmental disability programs.

Qualifications

• Requires four years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
• Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must have experience with Federal and State standards in residential care.
