Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in social services and 5+ years of supervision; a master’s degree is preferred. The role prioritizes data-driven service delivery and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least ten years in social services and five years supervising staff.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in related field.
• Knowledge of workforce and employment services, financial literacy education and public benefits.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, crisis intervention, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, programs, and community impact.
• H handle program funding, grant compliance, and outcomes.
• Develop new funding opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Lead staff and ensure data-driven service delivery aligned with goals.
