KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a busy early childhood education center. You will hire and develop a team, partner with families, and ensure licensing compliance to deliver outstanding student experiences.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
• This role requires on-site work at the center daily.

Responsibilities

• Hire, engage and develop a team of educators to be passionate and committed professionals.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Use business, sales, and marketing savvy to grow KinderCare's presence in the community, leading to the growth of new families and children in our centers.
