The Treetop ABA is seeking a Center Director for our Wilmington, NC clinic. Lead operations, manage staff, and ensure top-tier ABA services in a fast-paced clinical setting.

This on-site role offers a base salary of $95,000–$105,000 with sign-on and performance bonuses, a strong benefits package, and a focus on growth, development, and mission-driven culture. Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for advancement are included.

• 3–5 years of leadership or BCBA experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills
• Ability to balance operational goals with client-centered care

As Center Director, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure top-notch clinical care.

• Location: Wilmington, NC (on-site, in-clinic)
• Salary: $95,000-$105,000 base

• Sign-on bonus plus performance bonuses available
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday
