The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking a Center Director for our Wilmington, NC clinic. This on-site leadership role oversees daily operations, drives growth, and ensures high-quality ABA services in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have BCBA certification with LBA, 3–5 years in leadership or BCBA experience, and strong organizational and people-management skills. Generous bonuses, PTO, and growth opportunities are offered.

Treetop ABA has a leadership opening in North Carolina - we’re looking for an amazing Center Director to take the reins and help build something amazing! As Center Director, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure top-notch clinical care.

• Location: Wilmington, NC (on-site, in-clinic)
• Salary: $95,000-$105,000 base

• Sign-on bonus plus performance bonuses available
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday
