The Treetop ABA in Wilmington, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care with support from a collaborative team. Conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic while helping families achieve home and community goals.

The role emphasizes mentorship of RBTs and ABATs, data-driven decision making, and participation in team meetings. Active BCBA certification and NC LBA license are required; experience with autism preferred.
