The Treetop ABA in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Center Director to lead our clinic, guide a skilled team, and uphold high-quality ABA services. You’ll manage daily operations, drive growth, and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards.

Active BCBA certification and Arizona LBA are required, with 5+ years in leadership preferred. We offer a strong salary, sign-on bonus, Sabbatical, loan repayment, generous PTO and extensive benefits.

Position Overview: Center Director

As Center Director, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure top-notch clinical care.

• Salary: $105,000-$115,000 BASE plus additional bonus opportunities

• Sign-on bonus available - up to $20K for a limited time for qualified LBAs! Based on start date and location
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends!

• This CD opportunity is in our Tucson Center location.
