Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking a Center Director for our Tucson clinic to lead a dedicated team and shape the growth of the center. You will oversee daily operations while partnering with clinical leadership to maintain high-quality ABA services and compassionate client care.

In addition to a strong salary, there are bonus opportunities, a sign-on incentive for qualified LBAs, and a sabbatical program. This role offers a structured path for leadership development in Arizona.

Position Overview: Center Director

• Salary: $105,000-$115,000 BASE plus additional bonus opportunities

• Sign-on bonus available - up to $20K for a limited time for qualified LBAs! Based on start date and location

• Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends!

• This CD opportunity is in our Tucson Center location.

• Two brand new incentives for full-time BCBAs! Student loan repayment and a fully paid 3 week Sabbatical! (details below)
