Job summary

Magical Beginnings Learning Centers seeks an experienced Early Childhood Center Director in Kingston, MA to oversee operations and ensure MA EEC licensing compliance. You will lead staff, manage enrollment, and implement a developmentally appropriate, multicultural curriculum across classrooms.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Director II certification required.
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with experience.
• 2–4 years leadership experience in daycare/preschool or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of EEC regulations, licensing and childcare rules.
• Current First Aid and CPR, ongoing continuing education and state registry.
• Experience with enrollment management and staff leadership.

• Partner with families to build strong communication and drive enrollment as the center establishes itself in the community
